The Challenge
Transform a dated penthouse apartment into a modern, light-filled space that maximizes views and creates an open, flowing layout while incorporating bespoke architectural elements and custom furniture.
Our Approach
We approached this renovation with our architect-led methodology, removing unnecessary walls to create an open floor plan. Custom millwork and architectural detailing were integrated throughout, along with a carefully curated material palette of natural woods, stone, and metal accents.
The Result
The completed project features seamless indoor-outdoor flow, dramatically increased natural light, and a cohesive design narrative through integrated architectural elements and custom furniture pieces designed specifically for the space.
